Pealing paint in the Hyundai i20 2019 model

I bought a Hyundai i20 in 2019 at Hyundai Springfield it was the year model at the time I’m happy with the car it’s fuel efficient nice and sporty but I’ve on problem with it and I’m not alone because when driving around I see same model cars with the same problem the pealing of paint on the hood and boot. I took it for service two months ago and a quotation was done and pictures were taken as they said it’s a factory fault for that years model and they will fix it. Still waiting on them no response and the pealing is spreading. As it’s a factory fault please do something before I end up taking it for painting with the insurance.
