Pathetic workmanship and non-existent after service
My vehicle went in for minor repairs in September 2020. The vehicle was ready in a good turnaround time but 2 weeks after collecting my vehicle the chrome strip on my boot started to lift. I went back to the branch and waited 3 hours for them to fix it in Oct 2020.
After a week the strip started to lift again and I informed the dealership of this and was told to bring the vehicle for a warranty assessment. I took the vehicle for assessment and after that the branch blatantly ignored all my emails up until mid December 2020 when I threatened to lay a complaint at head office.
The car was booked in for the day in Jan 2021 but not even 1 day passed and the strip is lifting again.
I am shocked by the after service I received from this branch. I asked what would be the next step if the chrome lifted again and I was told it was not broken so they will not replace it. So I must keep coming back every-time it lifts ? JUST ORDER A NEW ONE AND REPLACE IT !!!!!!
I will NEVER EVER advise anyone to use this branch for repairs. I hope they pride themselves in this horrible level of service.

Once again Renew-IT bedfordview has proven to me their "excellent" service. Its been almost 3 days and not a single form of communication from them.
Can I perhaps request a different branch to resolve this matter ? Renew-IT Greenstone ?
