Pathetic Service towards clients satisfaction

Our vehicle has been in the service garage for almost 3days, I have been stranded without a vehicle ever since.... yet they fail to provide a courtesy vehicle.

Absolutely pathetic, as they are the ones inconveniencing their clients. No effort what so ever in trying to arrange alternative transport for Clients when they take away one's only means of transportation.
