Pathetic service. Never ever buy a car from Hyundai

Bought a brand new car in Hyundai Pinetown in August 2022 Atos 1.1 motion 2022 Model. At the beginning of year 2024 it started to give me a problems where by I had to warm it before driving to work. If I didn't warm it, it couldn't change from gear 1 to 2. So I had to start and warm t for 15 min or more. I took t to service around April /May hoping there were gng to pick it up but they didn't. I phoned them they said they test drove the car and didn't pick up and problems. Arounf July that where by it started to show a sign of a low tamperature in the gear box once it shows that sign it couldn't move. You would drive the car for like 30 min and than the temperature sign will show up while you in the middle of the freeway and it will decrease it power until it doesn't move anymore. I took it to Hyundai Mobeni for that problem on the 2nd of October. They phoned and tell me they don't pick up any problem with my car I must come and fetch he car. I took t and the same day I fetched it I had the same problem. I toom t back on the 5th October again. From that day till today I haven't gotten back my car with no courtesy car no nothing. They don't even give updates if I dont call. At first they said it a sensor after that it was gearbox. They just don't even know what is wrong with their car hence m paying every month. Worse of it all the lady from their customer care is very rude and insensitive. Hv just called them now they told me that my the part they orded will arrive on the 13th of December. Imagine!!!! Hyundai services are pathetic
