Pathetic Service - Hyundai Hillcrest

In March 2015, i decided to trade in my Hyundai Elantra and buy an IX35. Initially I had a deal approved at Hyundai Pinetown, but as I was ready to leave from Grahamstown I was told I must bring R16k cash with me. Horrified by this I complained to the Imperial Head Office and to date I am still awating a resolution to my complaint. <br> Just after this incident I decided to look around again and found an IX35 at Hyundai Hillcrest, which I bought. on the 15/3 i travelled from GHT to Hillcrest otherside Durban. Besides for the fact I had to wait over 2 hours for the F&I Mgr as he was on training, I received my new IX35 with great elation. I left the dealership and drove about 10km and realised that the petrol tank was on qtr. So I filled up at left KZN to GHT. My vehicle had a temp license and I was told by the sales person that they would send me the paperwork. <br> The temp lic expired on the 7/5/2015 and Hyundai told me that I can ride 21 days past expiry. On the 28/5 the 21 days passed and I had to walk my children to school and walk to work as my car was unlicensed. No sympathy or redress at all from Hyundai Hillcrest only cold sales pitch! I only got the docs on 02/06/2015.
