Pathetic service from Hyundai Rhodesfield.

On the 28th of November 2023, I went to Hyundai Rhodesfield to buy automatic transmission fluid. To my surprise they don't even know how many oils the car takes. They sold me seven of them. When I filled the oils I found out that it only takes 4 oils. On the 30th I took back three of them back for a refund. ( The truth is when you are there they give you the best service and smiles but clearly I feel like that smile is **** and I am an idiot to them) they told me they processed the refund to the head office, and they PROMISED that I will receive my refund on Monday the 4th of December 2023. Today it's the 7th of December nothing is reflecting in my account, I have been sending them emails from Tuesday but no response from either of them. I will never ever go back there as it shows that their service is pathetic, no respect for their clients. I rather drive 20km to boksburg instead of 4km to service my car. Bad bad service from Hyundai Rhodesfield.
