Pathetic service by Hyundai Parts

Very unpleasing service by Hyundai part department. My car was involved in an accident on the 6th of April 2021 and panel beaters had to order part till today parts has arrived and Hyundai as a supplier is not even given update. Not happy at all, have passed their ETA according to the form and the only thing i am getting is that they are still waiting. I loved my car but after this incident i realized that Hyundai cars are not reliable.
