Pathetic Service

My car was towed to Lenasia branch.The car does not start.I was told they are swamped with service cars but now it is been 2 days without a car.I am giving them another 48hrs as from saturday i would want my car again.I can not stay without the car for this long.All they have to do is put it under compute and check what is making it not start.I need this matter resolved as soon as possible.It is grand I10 and is not less than 2 years.
