Pathetic service and unprofessional staff

Took my Crete in for the brakes At Hyundai gateway my assistance on my car was Andrew was making a loud noise and didn't feel right got Hyundai to tow my car away only for them to run the test and tell me nothing is wrong what's worst the job card said brakes they didn't check i picked up my car the next day. only to take my car back to Hyundai Toti to find out my brakes was about to fail called Gateway branch back only for them to say they sorry also i had to pay for towing of my vehicle. very unprofessional staff very pathetic service please guys use the branch in Toti service center is warm and the staff goes the extra mile.
