Pathetic Service Received from Hyundai The Glen - Terence. When we send our driver to collect the vehicle, we had to call him back for additional paperwork. Once our driver was back to collect documentation, it was said that they have it on email actually. When our drivers was at the branch to collect the vehicle, then they informed that they actually need other documents as well. Our drivers stood there for an hour and I had to call them back due to deliveries that we need to deliver to our customers.
