Pathetic service!!!

We bought a Demo model 2022 Grand i10 cash from Hyundai Tygervalley on the 24th of January. They gave us temporary number plate papers and said we should get the new plates within that week.. we’ll it’s the 13th of February and still NO plates! Our temporary plates have expired TODAY!! They are quick to sell you the car but then radio silence from them about getting the plates! We have called and emailed numerous times but still no feedback from them! We have spoken to Luke the car salesman and sent an email to his supposed “manager” and now gone above them and sent an email to Renier the director who also has not cared or had the decency to get back to us on this! The lack of service is pathetic and shocking!!!
