Pathetic Service

I am so tired with Hyundai I bought a Hyundai Tucson in 2016 March and then 01 December 2016 I had a problem with my Clutch I took it to Dealership in Pinetown I was told by Service Adviser the Clutch got burnt and the Fly Wheel was damaged, which they told me it will cost R25 000,which I didn't have, then the manager got involved they advised me that I must do trade in and buy an automatic.

I did just what they advised me on during application for a new car I told them that I don't get paid on the 20th like the other at the Bank I told them that my debit date must be the 01st then they debited me on the 20th which inconvenienced me since I did not have funds on that date I had to sort it out myself by doing an arrangement with MFC to add one more month on contract, Just after that I received traffic fines for the car that I had traded in then they said they will sort that out.

The problem I am having right now is that I took my car for 60000km service then they phoned me to tell m that the brake pad are worn out I told them to use my maintenance which I have never used before then they told me that the maintenance plan has expired at 45000km which I was never aware of. I expected them to inform me before it expired and I think they were suppose to check the brake pad at 45000.00 and advised me of the lifespan remaining as they are specialist on this things today I received an message reminding me of my maintenance coming to an end what confuses me is how come I get an message today while my maintenance came to an end at 45000km ..

Since I started buying cars I have been using Hyundai this my 4th Hyundai car I am very disappointed with you guys you have brought so much depression in my life I need this to be sorted out as soon as possible because I feel Hyundai is not thinking about their clients but themselves they cant solve a problem without pointing figures to their clients, They not accountable at all I will never refer a client to a Hyundai Dealership the service is pathetic everything they take it as if we stupid they are just ripping us off.
