Pathetic Hyundai cracked my windscreen

On the 7th February 2017 I took my car to Hyundai Midrnad for the wipers motor repair, I was told that since the car is still under the warranty then the claim has to be processed first. On the 8th February I received a call from Sandra the service advisor telling me that the claim has been successful I can bring in the car and I immediately took the car to Hyundai Midrand and left the car with them, later the same day Sandra called me informing that the car is ready for collection, I went to collect my car at around 16h50. I tried to test the wipers after collecting the keys to my surprise there was a crack on my windscreen. I went in again and told Sandra, she referred me to some guy at the workshop and he referred me to Russel the service manager, I told him that I brought the car to their premises without the crack but now it has a crack on the windscreen, he checked the car and said it was pressure crack and it could have happened anywhere anytime, I told him I dont know what even the pressure crack is and wanted to know why it happend at Hyundai Midrand premises. He asked me to bring the car back on Monday the 13th February for further investigation, then I left. On my arrival at home I found my brother and he I told him what had happened he looked at the car and shown me another damage on the plastic strip below the wipers and I immediately called Russell and he aked for the pictures if that and I sent him. On Monday the 13th February I sent the car to him and shown him the damage on the plastic strip, he asked me to leave the car with him because he want to strip the car for investigation. Later that Monday I received an email from Russell informing that they have replaced the entire plastic strip but do not take the responsiblity of the windcreen. I want to understand that if it was not their technicians fault why would they replace the plastic stripe and do not take the responsility of the windcree.

I called the Hyundai SA and spoke to Sibusiso whom referred me to Brian the principal manager at Hyundai Midrand. I called Brian and he told me that Russell has spoken to him and he is not taking the responsibility of the widnscreen with the very most bad attitude and dropped the phone on my ear. I called Sibusiso again and he saud that there is nothing he can help with if the dealersship says it is not their fault, and he can only advice me to go to PG Glass and get their opinion and I should not tell them what had happened, I asked him why wouldnt I tell the PG Glass what had happened and he could not give me the valid reason not to.

The Hyundai service is pathetic and makes me puke.
