Pathetic, disgusting and miserable service.

My first car which was purchased on the 22nd of March 2022, the worst possible experience ever from the 2nd day of purchasing this car, I found multiple faults and reported it to the dealership I purchased it from which was Hyundai Sherwood. First fault was rust under the rubber of the back window, then came a noise at the back of the boot. I reported this immediately to the sales person nd he informed me that he did let his manager know and they will get back to me. This was on the 30th of March 2022. After being stringed along they told me that they are looking for a dealership that would book my car in after a week and a half I eventually called the branch manager of Hyundai Sherwood who lacks people's skills and has no way of speaking to customers, maybe because I am a female he assumes i don't know what rust is after his attitude I decided to cut the call. Eventually I was told that my car was booked in at Hyundai Harbour view and I was told to ask for a specific person (Ash) before I could go, I decided to call Ash in advance just to find out when is the best time to come in. When I called him he said that he has not spoken to anyone at Hyundai sherwood but it could be a misunderstanding. Ash said that he will call me back in a few minutes which he did and he said that Kumuran from Hyundai Sherwood said that he never told me that the car was booked in at Hyundai harbor view, but thankfully Ash knew I wasn't lying. Then I was informed by Sherwood that the car will be booked in at Pinetown I eventually got the sms on the 11th of April 2022 after 2 weeks of chasing behind *********** staff at sherwood. Due to the heavy rains and roads being damaged and closed I managed to get my car to Pinetown on the 20th of April 2022. My dad was assisted by Sizwe Ngidi they managed to sort out the noise in the back they supposedly said it was the rubbers at the back seat. They did take the car in for a wash and clean. There after Sizwe informed my dad that the assessors will take a while to come in so he will take pictures of the rust and send it to them and then my dad noticed some rust on the roof of the car and sizwe said he will send a picture of that also and get back to us within the week. Today is now the 30th of April no response from sizwe. I did call Pinetown and they told me he was sick which is okay but is there no one else that can assist customers while someone is off sick. Now there is a new sound on this car that I'm not sure of (3rd fault) that has being picked up today 30th of April 2022. I have never being so disgusted with Hyundai, a car that was priced that much to give me so much problems in just 33 days of having it I'm afraid of thinking a year ahead of what other issues may arise. The service I received before purchasing the car was amazing(guess it was just to close a sale) and u would expect that service to continue through out so that hyundai can build long lasting relationships with thier customers to ensure customers come back, to ensure customers spread good word of mouth but clearly Hyundai doesn't care or the staff should I say really doesn't care about ensuring good customer experience.

On the invoice I received it shows I paid for a 125 point quality check on the car I purchased. But my question was when was the 125 point quality check done after the staff of Hyundai sherwood used the car or before the staff could use the car, and no one had a response for me. So I'm guessing the 125 quality was done before the car was used by the staff not after.

The car was purchased on the 28th of March 2022, and today is exactly 33 days of having it, an amazing car if it didn't have its issues but it's being more of a stress having it, I would rather walk then have a car that gives me so much issues and pay for something that's not worth the price.
