Pathetic customer service and feedback from warrantee department and Mokopane branch. My car has been there for two weeks and I still have no idea what is going on with my vehicle or when the part will arrive. No feedback from service consultant. Hardly ever available for phone calls and never bothers to return calls - So fed up.
