Pathetic Client Service at Hyundai Hatfield

Absolute pathetic service received from Hyundai Hatfield after buying my car. Spare key, registration papers and car's model letters on boot still outstanding and is receiving no communication from their side. Keep having to phone them for answers only to receive empty promises time after time. Today marks 2 weeks since day of purchase and after they have made their sale and received their money client service goes out the window. Love the Hyundai brand but this branch is an absolute failure.
