Pathethic and poor Service

I bought a pre-owned Polo Vivo (2014) at Hyundai Pinetown in May 2018. Upon collection of the car; the following were discovered in the car; 1. Broken chair handle for drivers seat 2. Scratches in the car 3. Alarm to lock the car was not working properly A ll of the above were brought to attention with the salesman (Richard Majola) but only the scratches were fixed out of all the above. After months of driving the car there was a funny sound in the car which was later discovered to be faulty bearings (that was fixed using the Motor warranty. When i bought the car my sales guy had assured me that the car had never been in an accident but i later discovered that the car was in an accident as the car has two different colors, I also let the sales guy know about this hoping he would pass it on to his manager as he doesn't work for Hyundai. I also discovered that I was not sold the car with the original key but a spare key and again sales guy pretended to be shocked by this.

Now recently because of my faulty alarm - I use my key to lock and unlock the door which has probably led to my drivers door to stop locking and unlocking. I then took my car to VW but i was advised that I would have to pay cash for this as my warranty would not cover me. I then drove to Hyundai where I had a chat with Chantal who is Richard's manager, I told her everything and she simply told me there is nothing she could do as my car is more than 30 days old as if I had bought a clothing item from Hyundai. No customer service or whatsoever. She was simply not interested in what I was bringing to attention. I believe she could've dealt with the matter differently as my car is less than a year old, I do not think in this case the 30 days story should apply as this is not a clothing item. At this stage I am very unhappy and do hope in future Hyundai hires mangers know the meaning of customer service and stop jumping to coming to a conclusion.

Regards
