Parts Department Service

I had an issue with hyundai zambesi where the guy from parts department didnt listen and gave me the incorrect parts. Unfortunately i wasnt there with my car to confirm and only later found the parts were wrong , i needed it urgently so i contacted silverlakes and raced to get there. When there i was assisted by Norman and Philemon who didnt give the expected service but instead gave a service of a much higher standard. One i thought no longer existed. They refused to let me leave there without being properly assisted and fully satisfied. They had the friendliest and most positive personalities with the biggest smiles i have seen in this country for a few months. They assisted me with speed and with such kindness that i ended up standing a while longer to chat. I was in a foul mood headed to silverlakes and i left their premises smiling and laughing and came to enjoy my day. If these guys do not get something to say they are awesome then i will lodge a complaint :) Hyundai drivers, if you need parts, silverlakes is the place to go.
