paint peeling on ix35

I have a 2012 Hyundai ix35 which I bought brand new.Last year the paint started peeling off the tailgate and thought nothing of it until I realised that the paint is continuing to peel on the same tailgate but different spots.I took my car to Hyundai crests where I bought and received the worst service seeing no one knew what to do.I was referred to a panelbeater in Florida who told me the pain on the car was too thin and not well done.I submitted the report to them as requested and was told the procedure was incorrect and took the car in for assessment themselves.The manager told me everything was approved and paperwork filed and to bring it in on Monday which I did.tO my surprise no one knew about the vehicle' repair and the manager, who happens to be on leave, followed the wrong procedure and the car is to be assessed again.After having the car with them for 4 days(no courtesy car offered) I am told that the car looks like it had work done on the tailgate or was in an accident but it looks like it was fixed.I got the car brand new or so now I'm assuming and it never had an accident at the back back,minor bumps in front and on the side...never at the back or boot.
