PAINT ISSUE--

I laid a formal complaint with Hyundai head office, and they're basically showing me the middle finger, I own a white Hyundai I20 1.6 2010 model , towards end 2019 I noticed that the paint of the car was coming off, at first I thought someone may be at the shopping center might have tempered with my car as this started on the drivers door until this started moving to other parts of the car. I then started noticing on the road most people driving the same car as mine with the same issue. About 2/3 weeks ago I contacted the head office to report this matter, I was asked emails as proof that I reported this before when I am telling them that its my first time bringing this to their attention, secondly they told me that nowhere on their system shows that I service my car with them when in fact I service my car with their branch in edenvale for the past 4/5 years, I was asked to send proof of the services, my question to them what does servicing my car have to do with the paint of the vehicle my question was not answered, I was asked if I had brought this to their attention in Edenvale, yes i have but not in writing then this was used against me, the other excuse was their warranty is only valid for 5 years, so this means anyone owning Hyundai might have paint issues after 5 years and Hyundai will not take full responsibility? they told that they can only 50% to have the vehicle re-sprayed provided I use them, I refused the offer because why do I have to pay towards this, this is clearly a factory issue, I am not the only one with this problem, and this is mostly happening to the people driving the exact car as mine. Well I will post my vehicle pictures on twitter and we will see how many people will come forward with the same issue may be they will take me serious after this and fix everyone's vehicle. Pathetic attitude from their side, their agent told me he had forwarded my query but to date nothing happened... they are clearly showing me middle finger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC
