overall unsatisfactory service and bad attitude

I took my car in for a 30 000km service and asked for a shuttle service to take me back to my flat because I had to pic my girlfriend up form work. They told me the shuttle was out but as soon as it is back they will assist me with a driver. When the shuttle returned they told me there was no driver and they can therefor not assist me. A two hour service took them over 9 hours and they helped people without bookings befor they assisted me. I had to hire a private taxi to take me back to my flat and upon calling the manager he was not available to talk to me. I will therefor never do business with them again. They have overall poor service and a poor attitude toward customers and a lack of professionalism.
