Over charge

I brought in my i20. Told your staff the steering rack is busted. I told them to replace it. When the lady (pretty) phoned to confirm if i am happy to pay the of R8000 price i was informed that the top shock mounting of the car is faulty. Now back up just a bit, when i booked in the car i told her the car makes a cracking sound. I was not going to pay an extra R4000 for the mountings. I got the part from a diffrent place paid R700 to have them installed so it coste R1700 just to find out that the top shock mounting are in a 100% working condition. In actual fact it is the steering colom that are at fault. *** is wrong with you guys you nearly got me to pay R11000 ( steering rack and top shock together) and the problem would still have been there. We bought the i20 and an i10 from you guys but this is really disturbing. Please explain to me how you do this to your customers????
