Not Satisfied

I bought a brand new Hyundai creta in July and when I collected my car the sales person told me that they don't have the SD card for the GPRS and they will phone me as soon as it's available to come and collect it... Months past by and I heard nothing from them until I went there yesterday to see if I can collect the SD card and I was told that the person at the parts department went for lunch and I will get it when he return. We waited for more than 3 hours and later I was sent to the manager's office that she will assist me only to be told the SD card doesn't come with the new car and that I have to pay R2600 for it... I mean I waited the whole 5 months for this and the manager made it look like we were some kind of fools while it's their sales person that told us time and time again that we will get our SD card
