Not Road Worthy

I bought my car from Hyundai Bryanston in 2017 and I noticed that my licence e disk expirers Jan this year, went to the post office only to find out the car was never sent for road worthy that is why i never got the new licence disk at the time i picked up that car.

I would expect this from the Mickey mouse car dealership but not by Hyundai.
