Not paying for my service

My car was due for a service 45k recently. I tried to book my car in at Plumstead branch and they were fully booked. I then booked my car in at Paarden Eiland. When I went today to book my car in, they said that it was actually due on 26/01 not 29/01. I may have heard incorrectly and yes that would have been my fault. However my car is now on 47k and they say I must pay for my own service because I am over my leeway period. It is not my fault that the service centres were fully booked over the festive season and I am forced to use my car. My concern is that no -one had told me that you will be held liable if you are car is over the 45k and that I only had 1500km is which to have it serviced. None of this is stated in the service book nor in my contract. this is unacceptable as this is non disclosure of information. There is no proof of this clause! I demand that liquid capital pay the service as I did make an effort to get my car serviced and had I known of this I would have parked my vehicle for the month till they can service it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE as the CPA clearly states that the client must be advised of these clauses.
