Not helpful

Oil cap popped off, possibly because it was not close properly after a recent service. When asking for assistance i was told that there are no similar cars in the service centre whose cap could be provided. Additionally said that they cant assist me and that i need to come back on monday. Therefore leaving me without the use of my car for 3 days. Before i noticed the cap, i went to the service centre to check why what seems like exhaust gas fills the car. This was on 28 Dec. i was told that its fine to drive the car and no check was done. I was told to come back on 4 jan. At this point a simple inspection could have picked up the cap and that this is possibly why there was a smell in the car. Currenly i am forces to wait for 4 jan to drop off my car. I cant get to work because drop off services on allow for 10 km with no pick up service.
