Not giving me the car I was told I was getting
On 22 August I went to Bedfordview to start shopping for a car and was assisted by Dean Steyn. I had to trade in my old vehicle that wasn't in the best of condition & had a very high repayment on it. But the dealership said they would try & work something out to accomodate what I could afford & that was reliable. After a back & forth, we settled on a 2014 Hyundai I20 that I could afford monthly, On Tuesday 1 September, I went to view the car & found it in perfect condition & decided to take the car. I was then promised that I could have the car by the next week Wednesday, which never happened as my car had to go in to have a scratch repaired by the panelbeaters. The Wednesday after having a complete fight, they organised me a curtosy car. Zane took over the whole process & while I was there on the Wednesday, I had notice that the car I had looked at, the car that Dean said was mine, was still on the floor. It was on Saturday when I collected my car that I noticed that the vehicle was a 2013 model, was not valet as said it was (roof full of pen marks, seats have white spots on). Today when we called in to ask what had happened, we were told to take back the old car.
