Not customer orientated

I would like to lay a complaint cause I have come to a stage where speaking directly isn't helping me, I purchased my hyundai i20 used car from hyundai Hillcrest in the beginning of August 2019 on the day I went to pick up my vehicle my salesman Jordan had given me a sealed pack of floor mats for my vehicle as a gift from him, so he had said to me his leaving it in the boot cause my car had floor mats already I said no problem thank you I will make use of it in the near future, it so happens a month later my wipers were giving me a problem whereby they were getting jammed every time I used them I then contacted my salesman he had my vehicle booked in at hyundai pinetown, that was first tym pinetown then said all is good wipers fixed, a couple days later same thing wipers were jamming I contacted my salesman again, he had my vehicle booked in for the second time, after that pinetown said all is good they sorted it out when I brought my vehicle back when looking in the boot of my car for my sealed pack of mats that were given to me as a gift from Hillcrest it was gone I then laid a complaint at hyundai pinetown they said they will look into it I said I want my mats replaced up till this day no1 ever got back to me about my mats I keep phoning a getting given the ring a Rosie, my vehicle then for the 3rd time went back to hyundai pinetown for my wipers jamming they then put a second hand part in my vehicle and said see if the wipers are OK if so contact us and they will order a brand new part for the wipers, well its been over 3 weeks since I called them to say my wipers are now working perfect what ever part url put seems to be working, they then said ok they will order that part and call me to come back and have the part fitted I was also promised I will be reimbursed for all my petrol used running up and down to them, as for my salesman has now forgotten about me every time I sent him a message u no longer responds its once again all about making a sale once it's down they throw u away, in all of this I would like my part fitted in my vehicle, I want my mats replaced aswell as my fuel reimbursed as discussed.
