NON SERVICE
On the 11th November 2015, my car was booked for the 45000km service at Hyundai Midrand at 06:40am. I had made the appointment a week earlier and on the day of service also indicated that my car was booked for the 45000km service. The lady at the service desk made me sign all the relevant documents and thereafter asked if there were any additional items I needed to be checked. I informed her that my right side headlights was not working.<br> An hour later she called to inform me that they were going to change both headlights and the cost was R990.00 and that it was not covered by my service plan. However, I had assumed that it should be covered by the cars warranty.<br> I was called around 3:10 the same day to inform me that my service was done and that I should collect my car. I went to collect the vehicle and was issued a receipt of R1005.00 and I made payment. I then noticed that the lights were still not working and that she actually charged me for a job that was not done.<br> Secondly, she then informs me that the service was also not done. My car was in the service area for over 8 hours. She signed the service log proving the service was done, charged me for a change of headlights th
