non repairs and service

My Hyundai h1 broke down on the 25th of September, 9 weeks ago going up Townhill, Pietermaritzburg. It had been serviced 2 weeks prior at Hyundai Pinetown. The vehicle has been sitting at Pietermaritzburg branch for 9 weeks now, both the Pinetown and the Pietermaritzburg branch have refused to provide us with a courtesy vehicle although we have requested on numerous occassions. The vehicle is covered by Hyundai's warranty Liquid Capital. I find this service, or lack of, totally unacceptable.
