( NO)follow up call after car service

My car had a service at Hyundai Weltevreden Park on 20 August 2020. I expected a followup call, but haven't heard from them. I left a message on their website, no answer yet. How long should I wait for a follow up call. Are they blocking this because I have a complaint???
