No Windows for Venue

Had an incident with my vehicle. I need a new back window for a Venue. No Hyundai South Africa does not have 1 window available and have to order from Korea. I will take approximately 4 weeks. How is it possible that they do not have a window for a car that they have sold thousands off in South Africa. This is pathetic service for such a big company.
