No Service Assistance at Hyundai Nelspruit

I was travelling from Springbok, Northern Cape when I got stuck with a breakdown on my Hyundai IX35 close to Nelspruit. Hyundai Nelspruit (Sunnyboy - service advisor) told me that they will be able to assist me on 5 January 2022. That I could leave my vehicle with them until 5 January 2022 at R960 per hour!? VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!! Am I suppose to sit with a broken down vehicle for more than 2 weeks in an unknown area because a Hyundai dealer do not want to assist? This is a first for me!!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED in Hyundai Nelspruit!!! I will NEVER recommend this Hyundai dealer to any person!!!
