No satisfactory answer

Few things agitate me more than someone charging for items not done. Dealerships work hard to maintain a reputation and this gets blown by stupid ignorance and chancers. My mother is 63. Her car a 2010 i10. This car has had a full dealer service history. I have been assured the car was right and safe for her to drive the distance she does everyday to work. The vehicle was booked in at Bosch this week. I get called regurlarly for feedback, something Hyundai doesn't seem to do. Well guess my surprise when items that should have been carried out during service obviously haven't. The items were charged for and apparently when the service history was checked, show it was done? So I guess Bosch is more thorough than the OEM. Clients should be aware they have the right to inspect parts replaced whether cash is paid or whether the vehicle has a motorplan. Guys, if nothing else I am a man of my word. You were given time to respond and haven't. Thus I assume the accusations I have made as regards the parts not being checked correctly are true. I intend to follow through on my complaint as I find it appaulling that you would take advantage of people. You are in a position of trust bound by OEM standard to ensure the vehicle meets the required standard. This certainly does not seem to be the case.
