No response for 1 month on IX35 repair

My partner purchased a second hand IX35 from Hyundai Bedfordview approximately 3 months ago, a month ago the gearbox presented a problem and he took the car in to have it repaired. It is now 1 month later and we are unable to get any progress from the dealership. Have also attempted to contact Riaan the dealer principal and after leaving messages he has not responded.
