No reply to email and not answering calls?

Morning, I am trying to get my wifes car serviced at Hyundai Bellville, they do not reply to emails and they don't answer calls? I am trying to bring you guys business as I can also take it to a garage for a service, why do I not receive any feedback? makes no sense...
