I took my car in 2 weeks ago for a knocking noise in the front right hand side of my car as well as my car jerking with no power.<br> I was informed that the steering rack ends need to be replaced and it will take 2-3 days for the parts to arrive and the jerking has been fixed. The next day my car was jerking again but I thought I can wait till the parts arrive to have it looked at again. I did not receive a call from them in 2 weeks to inform me that parts have not arrived. When I called today to follow up (which I should not be doing) I was informed that there is no order for parts on the system for my car. I called an hour later to find out what's happening only to be told parts will be there tomorrow afternoon. Why do I have to follow up with them and why can they not inform me that its going to take 2 or more weeks for the part to be delivered. Or did they only order the parts now? Due to this I am thinking of taking my car to another service centre however Weltevreden park is closest to me.<br>
