No Customer Service at all

first im just writing here on Hello Peter but they will never respond, I regret taking my car there for a service. They refuse to book a fuel pump under warranty saying its not their fault, but the car has never skipped service, its no now sitting on 47k on the Odometer, they were suppose to replace the part as they claim a 150k warranty but that is lie, how can you expect a customer to pay for something he/she did not damage, i did not put sand in the fuel filter, i know the petrol stations i went to since i bought the car, so Hyundai south africa never cares for its customers, now i must pay, they can not help me.
