No customer contact

I booked my car for a service. I was shuttled back to work by friendly staff.<br> At 3:00pm I had to call the centre to remind them that I need to be picked up to collect my car.<br> I collected my car and Melissa was helpful.<br> She advised that the gearbox had an oil leak and the car had to be booked in again.<br> <br> They were supposed to collect my car last Wednesday and didnt collect it. i called to ask why was my car not collected and Melissa said they were busy. She wanted to book my car for the next two days however that was not convenient for me.<br> <br> So I advised her that she should book it for 01/09/2015 and had no confirmation call yesterday.<br> I called this morning and left a message for her to call me back and she hasn't called back.<br> <br> I need to sort out my car and cannot drop off my car as I cannot take leave off work.<br> The gearbox was troublesome on the day that I took ownership of it and I have proof emails to the salesman informing him but to no avail.<br> <br> The salesman, Hitesh was the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. He never got back to me regarding the faults of this vehicle.<br> <br> I require help.<br> <br>
