No courtesy car

<p>I took my car about 2 months ago to have a leak checked out. Whilst there i enquired about a courtesy car as i was told last year,9 months pregnant, that they do not offer courtesy cars. Only to find out a few months later that they do offer courtesy cars! On this day i was omce again told that they dont offer the cars....</p> <p>So just more than 3 weeks ago I went to go book my car for a service and oil leak. I was told that it will take minimum 3 days to repair,possibly more. Explained to the lady that i couldn't bring car at the next available opening as i wont have transport and will need to book in on a week that i am able to use transport....no mention of a courtesy car.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i find out that they do offer courtesy cars. Phone them and they tell me I should have booked 3-5 weeks in advance. I was there 2 months ago to enquire and 3weeks ago and a year before this and all 3 times informed they dont offer the car!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your staff is pathetic for lying to their customers! You can bet your ass i will not be making use of your branch again!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
