No care attitude

<p>I purchased a. Brand new 4 ton truck from Hyundai Pinetown June 2016 its now due for a COR which was failed because no Chassis no and no name card found we took it to the dealership who cant find the chasis no either even spoke to the DC who promised it will be sorted out nothing happened i am now sitting with there problem . i wonder how they got COR the first time kindly advice a way forward </p>
