No before and after care service

I took my car for a service at Hyundai The Glen and it was the worst/ bad / horrible, service I received. I then logged a complained with Hyundai South Africa, which Hyundai the glen and Hyundai South Africa came up with the most ****ed up plan to discredit their customers. People Hyundai South Africa does not care about customer service. IF you looking for bad service go to The Glen Hyundai. I was also planning to buy a new 130N which I had a pre-approval for, however was blatantly ignored by the sale people. Will never buy a Hyundai again.
