No after sales communication

I order a part four weeks back for my getz which needed replacement. I paid the and settled the amount and only got a call this morning that the part cannot be manufactured or imported anymore due to the car being old.

I wanted to buy a new car from you next year, but with this after sale service I would rather seek help elsewhere.

Thank you for 4 weeks of waiting and nothing...will happily take back my refund.
