Never buy from Hyundai Sandton

Never buy from Hyundai Sandton I bought a second hand Hyundai and thy had to fix a few cosmetics and the aircon was faulty waited two weeks to get it fixed thy returned the car the aircon was still not fixed the car went back for another two weeks. When I got the car back me and my family went on holiday and the engine light came on at further inspection the turbo was broken. Hyundai is willing to repair the car again, but I'm fed up and want a refund or replacement and according to the consumer act I'm entitled to ,but thy are refusing to replace the car
