Never buy a Hyundai

We took our car (3 years old) in to Hyundai umhlanga for a repair. After a week of no communication, we were told our car would be in for over a month due to a backlog in parts. We are sitting with no vehicle and Hyundai will not assist. The dealership says that they do not do curtesy cars. I have tried multiple times to contact Customer Care only for the line to ring and then cut. No one wants to help us. How are we expected to sit with no vehicle during December?? Never mind the fact that a 3 year old car is already having clutch problems
