I took my car for service on Tuesday (02/08/2022) and my car was third on the line, I got the message that they assigned a technician to service my car around 10am, I got a call around 15:00 to inform that my car will be ready for collection around 16:30, I got there around 16:45 & the car was not ready, I left with a dirty car not washed, around 17:45, (never expected that from them) or is it because I'm using Hyundai and the preferences where given to bigger 🚗 Mercedes, Jeeps and mine was undermined, not happy at all.
