I'm so very disappointed with the service I got at Hyundai Meadowdale today as I brought my car this morning for my 135 km service. I arrived there in the morning around past 7 for my service and decided to not leave and wait for my car as I wanted to use it seriously for my personal staff. Just for the record I have also changed the rear brake pads. The car was done around 14H00 because of the brakes pads and that's was cool. The problem started when they handling me the car, when I was driving out from the workshop going home i wanted to adjust my mirrors as they were not well adjusted and I couldn't see the road properly (Nearly got accident because of that) I realized those button adjuster or mirror controller buttons are not working and I had to make a plan to go back and remember I can't even see the road but fortunately I succeeded as I wasn't on a free way yet though I struggled a lot and other cars were already hooting for me harshly like I don't know my stories.

I went back to Hyundai to report the issue that the mirror buttons are not working and they were working properly when I came, the lady who was helping me said I must wait for Brian(manager I think) bcos he's on lunch, I think he took him an hour to come back and I rushed to checkers when I come back Brian is no more and I spoke to another manager, he said the mirrors won't be fixed today as he still need to confirm with his other manager for approval for those mirror button controller to be fixed.

I ended up leaving my car because I really can't drive my car in that state. I went there for my car to be serviced and fixed and not for them to destroy other things and on top of them they go in circles not wanting to account. As I'm typing this email my car is still there waiting for them tomorrow to give me a call on the way forward. I'm not even sure whether my car will be fixed or not as they were busy going in circles.
