Most awful experience with Hyundai

Hyundai silver lakes in Pretoria is one of the worst dealerships one could deal with. I purchased a grand I10 from them and was made promises by the manager of the dealership in March to sort out damages to the vehicle and up until today nothing has been done. Has for hyundai head office there service is awful. I have sent them a detailed email explaining my issues a week ago and till date I have received no feedback. I will never advise anyone to deal with Hyundai. When they sell you a car they will call you on turn but the moment you have a problem, believe me you can't get hold of them. I will be taking this matter up further.
