Missing parts 10/05/2016

<p>On the 10/05/2016 I took my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe to Hyundai Weltevreden park for a battery replacement, after the vehicle refused to start on several occasions. A new battery was fitted (OEM) according to the invoice. Subsequently the passenger left hand side door, electric window surround (Silver) was missing. This "clip" is not easily removed, presumably can only be achieved with a ***** driver or some specialized tool. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took the the the car back on the 8th of June 2016, the service advisor looked clearly confused and out of depth. They looked for a technician to see how the clip is removed. The service advisor Fayaz took my details and told me he will get in touch with and see what he can do. I have not heard from him since, and he does not respond to my messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service at Bedfordview is clearly more professional.</p>
