Misleading information

<p>In December 2015 I purchased a second hand used Hyundai i20 from Hyundai Stradom Park dealership. One of the conditions that I purchased the car was that I did not want a fleet owned vehicle for couple of reasons.</p> <p>Only to find out last year that the car was owned by Avis and was in actual fact a fleet owned.</p> <p>I took it up with the branch sales manager, the general manager but I kept on getting the same response "there is nothing I can do about it".</p> <p>So I decided to take things to the vice principle at the Woodmead branch about 3 weeks ago.</p> <p>He said he will get back to me, I have called almost every single day left messages with his PA. My calls have not been returned, and today I called him he said he will call me back but no joy.</p> <p>I am disgusted with the service and the treatment which has been provided. When purchasing a car from a dealership you go there for the peace of mind as well as the information provided to you is true. Which in the case is not and is a breach in sales agreements.</p> <p>All our cars have been purchased from Hyundai dealerships, and to get this treatment has made me consider never to buy a car from Hyundai.</p>
